Always make sure that when you buy your timber fence posts they are pressure treated.
If the posts are dipped they will rot early at the ground line. Insist on pressure treatment. The preservatives penetrate the timber to prevent insect attack and fungal decay.
We can offer green or brown water based treatments or the good old fashioned creosote
