Our Softwood gates are supplied ready treated with a basecoat
All gates are constructed to a very high standard using planed softwood joinery Redwood timbers or kiln dried Iroko hardwood.
Gates are constructed Ex 70mm frame thickness using traditional mortice and tennon joints which are glued and fixed with hardwood dowels
All pairs of gates are supplied with a loose central closing plate but can be rebated on request

Infill boarding designs shown in the Framlingham and Shotley ranges are also available in our other designs such as the Hadleigh, Aldeburgh, Southwold, St. Edmundsbury and Newmarket ranges, of which prices are available upon request.
Any designs that are not shown in our Premier Range price list can be made and prices can be provided upon request.
All gates shown are available in both planed softwood joinery Redwood timbers and kiln dried Iroko hardwood, however alternative timber such as Air Dried European Seasoned Oak and Western Red Cedar are available upon request.
All gates are constructed to suit manual use and for gate automation applications, however if rebated closing stiles are required please state when ordering.
All softwood gates are treated with Kingfisher water repellent tinted base coat, but require finishing with a solvent or oil based wood stain within 1 month of installation.
Iroko hardwood gates can be left untreated, however if a long term fresh appearance is required a wood stain should be applied.
In between sizes are available and are charged at the nearest size upwards shown in the price list.
Alternative designs can be made upon request.
