What is closeboard fencing?
Closeboard is the name given to a type of fence design, where fence panels are manufactured using feather edge boards which run vertically, from top to bottom of the panel and which are slightly overlapped.
The composition of closeboard fencing
Closeboard fencing consists of timber fence posts and timber rails, to which the overlapping feather edge boards are attached. Fencing can be completed with the addition of gravel boards where preferred.
