Drive is provided by a shaft transmission system rather than a belt — a more robust and longer-lasting arrangement that delivers power to the wheels positively and efficiently with less maintenance over time. The 2-speed gearbox allows the operator to select a pace appropriate to the conditions and terrain, giving greater control on varying ground.
